As a member of the three-person sub-team for Regional Growth, Development, and Partnerships, the Director of Development will be accountable for supporting the strategy and operations that ensures our region 1) meets all fundraising goals for the 2013 fiscal year; 2) establishes strategic plans for the multi-year 2015 and 2020 development and placement targets; and 3) designs the internal infrastructure and communication systems needed to support the region's growth and sustainability. The overarching goal for this role will be to build champions of educational equity in our community-more specifically, to inspire and invest our donors and community contacts in our progress, our vision, and our collective movement for change.
